Child Labor

Teach a child to fish and he will never be hungry his whole life.

However, don't let him do all the work.

It is a never-ending phenomena brought by man upon himself. It is true that while man creates laws to prevent this crime, he himself finds reasons to excuse himself from the rules. Ironic? I think not.

Child labor is a common thing in the Philippines. Although it is a bad thing, one may do it out of necessity. For example, the eldest son might take all the responsibility and work even though he is still underage.

Child labor is work that harms children or keeps them from attending school.
